This Privacy Policy explains what information Nurses Educator (nurseseducator.com) collects when you visit the website, how it is used, and your choices. - Contact form: your name, email address and message, if you contact us. The form is provided by Google Forms, so your submission is stored in Google’s systems.
- Comments: your name, email address, website (optional) and comment text, plus your IP address and browser details for spam checking.
- Email newsletter (only if you add one): your email address, through [Mailchimp / MailerLite / other].
- Downloads (only if your Library asks for an email): [describe what is collected].
Information collected automatically
- Pages you visit, time on page, referring website, approximate location (city or country), device type, browser and operating system.
- This is collected through cookies and similar technologies by Google Analytics and Google AdSense (see sections 3 and 4).
We do not knowingly collect sensitive health information. Please do not post personal medical details in comments.

6. Affiliate links

We share information only with the services that run this website:

- Hostinger (stores the website)
- Akismet (checks comments for spam)
We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the site and its users. We do not share your information with anyone else.
9. How long we keep information

- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

10. International transfers
We are based in Pakistan, and our service providers, such as Google, may process data in the United States and other countries. These providers use legal safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses when transferring data from the UK or EU.
11. Your rights
UK, EU and Swiss visitors (GDPR / UK GDPR): you have the right to access, correct, delete or move your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your data protection authority. In the UK that is the ICO; in Germany it is your state’s data protection authority.
US visitors: depending on your state (for example California), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to delete it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. To opt out of personalised ads, use Google Ads Settings or the links in section 4. We honour Global Privacy Control browser signals where required.

12. Children’s privacy
This website is intended for nursing students and professionals. It is not directed at children under 13, or under 16 in the UK and EU. We do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Security
The website uses HTTPS encryption, and we keep WordPress and its plugins updated. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top will always show the latest version.
